Seasonal Market Staff

Job Description: We are seeking friendly and reliable individuals to join our team as Seasonal Market Staff. As a seasonal market staff member, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers at our pop up markets. This is a part-time position with weekend shifts from May to December, providing an excellent opportunity for those seeking flexible work arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of market stalls and displays.
  • Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Provide information about products, answer customer inquiries, and offer recommendations.
  • Assist with restocking products and inventory management.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and be available during market hours (Markets Dates are May through December).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and team members effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Must reside in the Boston area.
